To help you with the process, here is a step-by step
guide on how to make your secure online reservations
with us:
Online reservation procedure:
Throughout our
website you will see a “Book
Now”
graphic. By clicking on
Book Now
you will be taken to the price listings for the specific package displayed on the page you
are
viewing. From there you can book this tour or package
online in a few easy steps, as follows:
1.)
Click the Operation Date in the price table
that reflects when you want to travel.
2.)
This will take you to a new page where you enter
your exact details such as number of rooms, number
of people travelling with you, etc.
3.)
From here you will be
connected to our Secure
Online Reservations Process. For more

here **.
4.)
After you complete all information, including your
credit card payment details, your reservation is then
processed.
Reservation processing time / final
confirmation:
Some services are subject to
availability and will require that we manually take
action. We will finalize your reservation as quickly
as possible, however please allow us up to 2 to 3
business days to finalize your travel arrangements.
When we have all services confirmed we will send you
a confirmation/invoice via e-mail. If we are not
able to confirm a service we will contact you with
alternative suggestions.
