As a lifelong Alaskan I love the immense beauty and vast wilderness Alaska has to offer. As a young child I grew up fishing for King Salmon almost as big as me!
I have enjoyed many adventures living here including kayaking in Prince William Sound, backpacking deep inside Denali National Park and glacier exploration by helicopter in the Tordrillo Mountains. I love helping others to create their own perfect “Alaskan Adventures”.

My love for Alaska started as a child in my dad’s bush plane. We’d take off from our Bristol Bay fishing lodge and look for a remote lake to spend the day hiking and fishing. Alaska was mesmerizing to me as a child and it continues to be so today. As an adult, I’ve had the privilege of leading tours to remote regions of the Arctic.
Learning about Alaska’s rich cultural heritage is both educating and rewarding. My favorite place in all of Alaska is Point Hope, a tiny Inupiaq village on the edge of the Chukchi Sea. In the summers, you’ll often find me out exploring Alaska’s parks with my family in our vintage VW camper bus. I love seeing my kids light up through travel and outdoor experiences.

Originally from Germany, I fell in love with Alaska when I came to Alaska in 2003. I have explored most of Alaska in the last 15 years.
My favorite place is Kennicott in Wrangell St Elias National Park. It’s remote but still easily accessible.

Born and raised in Alaska, I love showing others the wonder that Alaska holds. I have worked in the Alaska tourism industry for many years promoting travel to my great state.
I grew up fishing and hunting with my parents, and my favorite spot is our family cabin on the Kenai River where I catch record salmon and trout. I love hiking, biking, cross country skiing, fishing, and camping. I have 2 young children who I am teaching about all the great activities and showing the beauty of Alaska. In the summers you will find us out camping most weekends.

Some of my favorite places are Kenai Fjords National Park and Denali National Park. Let me share my love of Alaska with you and make your visit an experience of a lifetime!
