Tour Overview

Depart from Cooper Landing on a rafting trip down the Kenai River that includes calm sections and whitewater, as well as a trip across the stunningly blue Skilak Lake. Search for moose and bald eagles, learn about the life cycle of salmon, ride the easy but spirited Class II+ rapids through the Kenai River Canyon. Enjoy a gourmet shore-side picnic lunch with smoked salmon and reindeer sausage, explore the wild shores of a glacier-carved lake, and photograph stunning mountain and river scenery.

Note: Cooper Landing is located approximately 56 miles east of Kenai (city), 45 miles east of Soldotna, or 48 miles north of Seward.
