Tour Overview
This evening trip from Fairbanks takes you into Alaska’s Arctic Region. Fly from Fairbanks to the Nunamiut Village of Anaktuvuk Pass in the North Slope Borough. You will fly over a vast and remote Alaska landscape before landing in Anaktuvuk Pass, nestled in the heart of Gates of the Arctic National Park. Visit and explore the local village while learning about the Nunamiut culture during a walking tour (approximately 1 hour). At the end of your tour, you will fly back to Fairbanks. The tour departs from the East ramp of the Fairbanks airport.
Please note with all culturally based tours, the sightseeing portion of the tour may be shortened or modified due to community events or emergencies.
