At approx. 10:00 am depart from the scenic seaport of Seward.  After a 4-5 hour wildlife and tidewater glacier cruise into Kenai Fjords National Park, arrive at a  remote beach near the lodge. The lodge and guest cabins are an easy 20 minute walk from the outer coast along a maintained trail; motorized travel is provided if desired. After an orientation you have the afternoon available for optional activities. Evening programs are also available (lunch, dinner).

While at the lodge, guests enjoy great Alaskan-styled appetizers, main courses and desserts served in a family-style setting. The lodge can also accommodate special dietary needs and offers vegetarian options – with advanced notice only! Beverages are not included, beer and wine are available for purchase.

After breakfast this morning, choose a morning guided activity to suit your interest. Lunch is either in-camp or packed lunch on an activity.  Activities from the lodge include sea kayaking on protected waters (from short paddles to half-day trips), hiking, as well as exploring the lagoon by canoe. Each day offers a variety of activity choices to meet guest’s interest and energy level.

Add extra days at the lodge.

If you are departing today, after lunch you will board the boat for a scenic boat tour through parts of Kenai Fjords National Park back to Seward.  The return journey is approximately 3 hours.  Arrive in Seward between 5:00-5:30pm in time for train and bus departures to Anchorage, or add an extra overnight in Seward (not included).
