Final payment is due 90 days prior to travel.
Cancellation fees:
Up to 61 days prior to travel: $150 per person fee
60-45 days prior to travel: 30% fee
44-31 days prior to travel: 60% fee
30-0 days prior to travel: 100% fee
Partial refunds may be available if tour is cancelled by the supplier due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Children should be about 7 years old to participate in this tour.
Note: Bear viewing at Brooks River Falls is very dependent on the annual salmon runs. The most reliable viewing is from about June 25 to July 25 as well as September. Bears are in the area throughout the summer months however bear sightings are not guaranteed. Flights between Anchorage and King Salmon vary based on availability. Departure flight from Anchorage are between 7:00 and 9:30am. Return flight from King Salmon depart between 6:00 and 8:00pm. You may not return to Anchorage until 9:30 pm. Actual time spent at Brooks Camp is typically between 4 and 6 hours, dependent on flight times and weather. There will be lay-over time in King Salmon between your flights.
