Anchorage Aurora Quest Tour

Day Tour Details
What's Included:
- Transportation from Anchorage to viewing area
- Guided photo tour and photography instruction
- Light snacks, water and hot beverages
- All taxes and fees
What's Not Included:
Camera and related gear. If your aim is to take home aurora images of your own, you will need to bring a camera with manual settings. For smartphone users it is recommended to upload an aurora app and bring a phone tripod. Tripod not included (but available for loan during tour).
Physical Activity:
This is a moderate activity that involves short walks on snow and ice. Weather conditions may include wind, and temperatures range from -20ºF to 50ºF (-29ºC to 10ºC).
Special Terms:
A 2-person minimum is required for the tour to operate. The tour will only operate when conditions are right, which means at least Kp1 (aurora activity index) and less than 50% cloud cover.
