Tour Overview

Enjoy a fun and exciting day tour out of Girdwood just south of Anchorage. The greatest Alaskan experience of all – dog sledding on a glacier! Enjoy a scenic 15-minute round-trip helicopter flight to the unique glacier base camp which serves as a summer-time training ground for Iditarod sled dogs. Learn about mushing and hold adorable puppies while the team is prepared. You will then enjoy a scenic sled ride along a spectacular 2-mile glacier trail. The time spent on the glacier is approximately 1 1/4 hour.
