great race on earth! Learn all there is to know
about the Iditarod on our fully

pre-race banquet. See the race start downtown
Anchorage and the restart in Wasilla, where you view
the race up close and personal. You will also fly to
the remote Skwentna checkpoint and sightsee Mt.
McKinley, as well as tour the kennel of Iditarod
veteran Vern Halter, where you will ride a dog sled
of your own.
