Winter Lake Lodge

Winterlake Lodge, located at mile 194 along the historic Iditarod Trail, offers luxurious accommodation in Alaska's remote wilderness. Join owner and chef Kirsten Dixon in the kitchen for a wine tasting or cooking class, relax by the fire, soak in the hot tub or or unwind in the lakeside wood burning sauna. In March, the lodge serves as the Finger Lake Checkpoint during the Iditarod.

With its wellness programs, cooking classes, wine tasting and numerous outdoor activities, the lodge is the perfect getaway for anyone who loves the outdoors and wants to escape from the busy day to day life. The comfortable log cabins and cozy main lodge are also the perfect setting for a romantic weekend.
