We try very hard to respond quickly to requests for information and reservations.  However, it is not possible for us to arrange Day Activities or confirm trip packages without a minimum of 48 hours notice.  In addition, while we begin with your reservations on receipt of your completed Reservations Request Form, it can take 2-5 days of processing time to completely confirm all services.  The completion time is subject to the responses we receive to our written confirmation requests returned by vendors.  Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for reservations to be completed. Reservation requests for travel within 30 days will require full prepayment for us to proceed.  In the event we cannot confirm your tour you will receive a full refund.  Thank you for your understanding!
