Discover Alaska's Kenai Peninsula
Tour 1507CTA

This tour leaves you plenty of time to explore Alaska's Kenai Peninsula. You first travel to Seward, known as the gateway to the Kenai Fjords National Park. Seward is home to the Alaska SeaLife Center, an informative and interesting marine research center, and one of Alaska's leading Iditarod dog mushing families. Next you travel to Cooper Landing / Soldotna, located on the turquoise Kenai river, the most popular river for Alaskan fisherman on the Kenai Peninsula. Every year hundreds of salmon travel thousands of miles to make it back to  their spawning grounds. Afterwards, you continue on to Homer, the farthest west you can drive on the American road system. It also is known as the "Halibut Capital of the World," offering its visitors not only great halibut fishing but also boat tours through scenic Kachemak Bay. At the end of your tour, you will travel to Girdwood and the luxurious Alyeska Resort, a great place to relax and enjoy Alaska's uniqueness and splendid nature one more time before you drive back to Anchorage where this tour ends.
